Welcome to Ted Price Homes Pty Ltd. Ted Price has been in the building industry in the Rockhampton region for almost four decades.

Ted began building houses in 1971 when he could see the need for a first home buyer or entry level property style. Ted has put more than 4,000 families into homes over the last 30 years. Many of these early clients are coming back to us for their fourth or fifth homes or they have children who are coming to us on their parents recommendations. Ted has always been proud of the service offered by Price Constructions and now Ted Price Homes Pty Ltd, which is simple, if there is a problem fix it. Our comprehensive supervision eliminates the problem side so we can ensure that the new home we deliver to you is of the highest standards and will be better finished than our competitors product.

Adrian Price has now taken over the management side of Ted Price Homes Pty Ltd. Adrian is a carpenter by trade and understands the importance of supervision on the job site.
